Murano Glass Necklaces

What percentage of selling price do you usually get from a consignment shop?

For example if I have an item that should go for $100 then how much do I get? Also I have some relatively (I think) expensive things, do I have to mark them down a lot? For the record I want to sell a pair of Murano glass from Venice, a boulder opal, and a Dior mesh choker necklace. Thank you.
